Logan County Treasurer, Rhonda Stafford, is reminding property owners that the final day to pay the 2024 second-half Real Estate Tax without penalty is Wednesday, July 9th, two weeks from now.

Payments made after the deadline will be subject to penalty and interest charges, as outlined in Ohio Revised Code Section 323.08.

The Treasurer’s Office stresses that failure to receive a tax bill does not exempt residents from late fees.

Taxpayers with questions about their bills are encouraged to call the Treasurer’s Office at 937-599-7223 or email [email protected].

Payments can be made in person at the Logan County Treasurer’s Office, located at 100 S. Madriver Street, Room 104, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.

The office will be operating under regular hours from June 22 through July 11, 2025, with the deadline at 10:00 a.m. on July 9.

Additional information, including details on tax foreclosure, can be found on the county’s official website HERE.

Treasurer Stafford urges residents to plan ahead to avoid last-minute issues or penalties.
