Updated: Xenia edges Easton Water in Acme baseball on WBLL (Thursday baseball scores)

In Acme baseball action Thursday night on WBLL, Xenia edged Bellefontaine Easton Water Solutions 2-1 in a pitchers' duel at Blue Jacket Park.

Starting pitcher D'Ante St. Clair suffered the loss.

He went six innings and yielded two runs on two hits.

Derek Robb pitched the final inning.

Aaron Malarkey belted a triple.

Kaylor Ransbottom had a double.

Grant Smith delivered an RBI single.

Brett Belser added a hit.

The broadcast of the game was part of the Sportscasters Camp.

In Little League baseball Thursday night LeVan's Service Center beat McDonald's 5-0.

Carter LeVan pitched a complete game shutout with 7 strikeouts.

In Farm League action BOSS West Liberty #1 (12-1) defeated Ridgemont #1 (11-2) 4-0.

Jacob Evans and Jack Bahan combined to throw a no-hitter.

Jacob Evans struck out 9 and only walked 2 in 5 1/3 innings of work, while Bahan struck out 2 in 2/3 of an inning.

Offensively, Sam Lauck was 1-2 scoring 2 runs.

Braden Hershberger was 1-2 with 1 RBI.

Bahan and Evans each scored a run.

Isaiah Reminder added an RBI.

Next game: Tourney next Thursday, June 22nd versus the winner of Rushsylvania/Zanesfield #2 @ 6pm at West Liberty's Dodge Park.
