The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is proud to announce the 2013 Fall CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams. The CSCAA Scholar All-America program is supported by Nike.
The Team Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams who have achieved a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented twice annually, once in the fall semester/term and in the semester/term of the NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (Winter/Spring).
Overall, the two highest team G.P.A.s were produced by D-II programs with Urbana University leading the way for the men with a 3.82 and Lynn University Women's team posting a 3.71. Alabama and Yale were the top women's and men's programs respectively in DI, while the Whitworth University Women's Team and men of Principia College produced the highest marks in DIII. The College of St. Mary had the highest average among NAIA Women's programs with Savannah College of Art and Design on top for the men. Last season, Urbana's men finished 3rd in team G.P.A. with a cumulative 3.42. This past fall semester, no member of the UU men's swim team had a G.P.A. below 3.6.

In 2013, the team climbed all the way to 6th in the country with a team G.P.A. of 3.53.
