Updated: North Union runs past Benjamin Logan – Basketball scoreboard

Several area basketball teams took to the court Saturday.

The Benjamin Logan varsity boys fell to North Union 86-48.

Grant Ricketts led the Raiders with 16 points, Austin Ahle scored 15, and Tanner Rader added 10.

In the JV game, North Union won 46-28.

Joel Dixon and Austin VanBuskirk each had 11 points for the Raiders.

Jackson Center defeated Indian Lake 55-50.

For Indian Lake, Ivan Reichert had 17 points, Christian Grider dropped in 16, and Jalon Tuttle scored 15.

Triad blasted Waynesfield-Goshen 82-62.

Anna beat Minster 63-50.

In girls basketball, the Benjamin Logan varsity won at Northwestern 40-32.

Jessica Sosby had 12 points, including two 3-pointers.

Hayley Boysel grabbed 7 rebounds.

The Raiders move to 4-4.

The JV Raiders beat the Warriors 40-32.

Sadie Inglin had 11 points and Coreen Crosby added 10.

The Lady Raiders will be back in action next Saturday at home against Greenon. JV starts at 6 p.m.

Bellefontaine fell at Tecumseh 49-31.

Liz Martin led the Chiefs with 12 points.

The JV Lady Chiefs fell to the Arrows 33-32.

Amarii Vickers had 10 points.

Bellefontaine will be back on the court Monday against Anna. The JV game starts at 6 p.m. and varsity at 7:30.

West Liberty-Salem beat Northeastern 34-29.

Jamie Peterson had 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Madison Oelker added 6 points.

The Tigers are 3-5.

Ridgemont was routed by Vanlue 37-15.

Jackson Center beat visiting Anna 44-37.

Nicole Fogt had 18 points and Peyton Esser added 11.

For Anna, Cayla Bensman tossed in 13.
