Virginia Denise Collins Fifer, 56, of Bellefontaine, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima, Ohio.
Virginia was born on November 23, 1956 in Lima to the late Charles & Betty Jean Burkholder Collins.
She is survived by her loving companion of 23 years, John Ball, a sister, Loretta (Gary) Edwards of Lakeview, OH, a brother, Dennis (Cathy) Wright of Indianapolis, IN, three nieces, Leslie, Michelle, and Teresa, two nephews, David and Steve, many great nieces and nephews, her stepmother, Imogene (Pearl Oliver) Collins of Lima, two stepbrothers, David Rettig of Lima, and Rick Oliver Rettig of New York and a stepsister, Boneta (Ren) Becker of Toledo.
Virginia was a homemaker and attended Bath High School. She loved knitting and crocheting, watching movies, talking with friends on Facebook and family gatherings. She was an avid CB operator.
Reverend Bryan Meadows will conduct memorial services beginning at 6:30 pm, Monday, December 10, 2012 at Shoffstall Funeral Home with visitation from 5-6:30 pm.
