A local woman was arrested on multiple charges following an alcohol-related disturbance north of Huntsville Saturday night just after seven o'clock.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to an altercation on State Route 117 near State Route 273.
Susan Stover, 39, of 747 County Road 5 South, Zanesfield, was lying in the roadway when deputies arrived.
Witnesses told deputies that Stover was intoxicated when she drove to the area to pick up her 15-year-old daughter, Jayden Ford.
Stover then asked her daughter to drive.
Moments later, an argument ensued in the car and Susan pulled the key from the ignition as they were traveling. She also struck her daughter.
Stover, who was combative with law enforcement, was charged with domestic violence, assault, child endangering, and wrongful entrustment. She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Stover's son, Jakob Ford, 18, walked south moments before deputies responded.
Authorities found him on State Route 117 near County Road 96.
After he was brought back to the scene, deputies found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his pocket.
Ford was issued summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
No one was seriously injured.
