Two Union County drivers were injured in a head-on crash north of Marysville Tuesday afternoon around 3:15.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Beverly Turner, 49, of Raymond, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on Raymond Road north of Barker Road.
Turner went off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox, then traveled back onto the roadway left of center and into the path of a southbound 2003 Chevrolet 2500 pickup driven by Aaron Hamilton, 38, of Richwood.
Turner and Hamilton were transported to Union Memorial Hospital by Marysville EMS and then transported to OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
Turner’s injuries are considered life-threatening.
Hamilton’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Alcohol is not suspected to be a factor.
Troopers continue their investigation.
