Four arrested in weekend drug raid

For the third time in less than a month, the Urbana Police Department has conducted a drug raid.

Officers served a drug-related search warrant at Brenda Minnifield's residence at 239 East Reynolds Street, Apt. B, (pictured) Friday night around 10:30. The warrant was the result of an ongoing undercover drug investigation.

Authorities found drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Minnifield, 51, was charged with drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering children.

Cullen Minnifield, 20, Shelby McCullough, 18, and Dylan McCullough, 20, also live at the apartment.

All three of them were charged with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 19-month-old son of Cullen Minnifield and Shelby McCullough lives at the home.

Police believe that the Minnifields and McCulloughs used illegal drugs in front of the baby based on the home's condition and the location of drug-related items.

Additional charges could be filed later.
