On Friday, Bellefontaine High School held its annual Relay for Life event.
This year's Relay for Life was geared towards honoring Joy Delapena, a member of the class of 2013 who passed away due to Leukemia in 2012.

Neon "For the Joy of Life" shirts were sold in honor of Delapena. The shirts cost $12, and 25% of the profits went towards fundraising for Relay for Life.
The event consists of various games and activities including face painting, taping a teacher to a post, a hot dog eating contest, water balloon toss, nail painting, and tug-of-war.
