Two defendants were sentenced and four pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O’Connor earlier this week.
Hannah Lykins (pictured), 20, of Lakeview, was sentenced to five years community control and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs, restitution, and attorney fees for two counts of possession of drugs and one count of forgery.
Floyd Stevens, 40, of Kenton, was sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for non-support of dependents.
Andrew Feltner, 26, of Wapakoneta, pleaded guilty to burglary and was placed on intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete drug and alcohol counseling and three years community control.
Shawn Lile, 43, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to complicity to burglary. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for May 20th.
Brooks Radcliffe, 31, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted carrying a concealed weapon.
Leonard Radford, 34, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for May 28th.
