The Logan County Fair Board discussed sponsorships Wednesday.
The fair board has filled five of the six available fair week day sponsorships:
Monday - Shine FM will sponsor Family Day
Wednesday - Richwood Banking Company
Thursday - Mary Rutan Hospital will sponsor Senior Citizens' and Veterans' Day
Friday - Easton Water Solutions
Saturday - Logan County Electric Cooperative
Tuesday is still available for a fair day sponsorship.
Board President Skip Jackson reported that the fair board recently received a check worth $2,500 from America's Farmers Grow Communities supported by the Monsanto Fund. The fair board was selected from 139 counties throughout the Midwest to receive the funds. The Benjamin Logan FFA also received a $2,500 check.
Brenda Oda was named as open class secretary during the meeting.
