A local man was arrested on multiple charges following a domestic dispute and pursuit northwest of Bellefontaine Saturday morning around 12:40.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Charles Stevens (pictured), 30, of 14250 State Route 235, Lakeview, was involved in a domestic incident with Penny Rosebrook, 36, at her 1460 Township Road 56 residence (near Stockyard Road).
Stevens fled the scene in a northbound Honda.
After refusing to pull over, Stevens was taken into custody when his car got stuck in a ditch on County Road 57 east of Township Road 56.
He was charged with assault, failure to comply with a police officer, driving under suspension, and a probation violation.
Stevens was lodged in the Logan County Jail early Saturday.
No one was seriously injured.
