A local teacher under investigation remains on leave.
Riverside High School and Middle School Band Director Tim Shook (pictured) has been on administrative leave for an investigation of improper conduct in the classroom.
Riverside Superintendent Scott Mann says the case was first reported to Logan County Children's Services, then forwarded to the Logan County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the complaint and forwarded their report to the Logan County Prosecutor's Office for review.
Shook has been on leave since February 4th. He has not been charged.
School officials did not elaborate on the alleged improper conduct.
Mr. Shook declined to respond to the allegation.
