Three local drivers were injured in a four-vehicle alcohol-related crash on State Route 366 near County Road 38 (near Bud's Marine) Monday night around 8:15.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Gary Campbell, 56, of 8076 State Route 117, Huntsville, was driving a 2000 Ford F350 pickup eastbound on 366, which rear-ended a '94 Chrysler LHS operated by Richard Steiner Sr., 56, of 6730 County Road 96, Belle Center. Steiner's car was being towed by a 2001 Dodge Dakota driven by Matthew McKinnon, 26, of 6730 County Road 96, Belle Center.
The collision caused the two vehicles to separate. Steiner's car then went left of center and collided with a westbound 2012 Ford Focus driven by Terri Wolf, 47, of 9548 Lakeshore Drive East, Huntsville.
Wolf suffered extensive injuries. She was transported by CareFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Steiner, who was trapped in his car, suffered serious injuries. He was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by BMRT, then transferred to Lima Memorial Hospital.
Campbell had minor injuries, but he was not transported.
Campbell was cited for OVI.
Wolf and McKinnon were wearing their seat belts. Steiner and Campbell were not wearing a seat belt.
Troopers continue their investigation. Other charges are pending.
Huntsville EMS and the Richland Township Fire Department assisted at the scene.
