A city woman was arrested hours after she stole a dog from a west side residence Tuesday.
Cassie Wallace (pictured), 27, of 308 Ludlow Road, alleged stole the dog from a kennel outside 321 Clagg Street.
The owner is Terera Clark of 321 Clagg.
Police found the dog at Wallace's home around 2:30 p.m.
Wallace was charged with theft and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
