The Bellefontaine Police Department conducted compliance checks at every alcohol vendor in the city Friday night.
Two vendors failed to comply with underage consumption laws.
An underage sale was made at Oasis Drive Thru (pictured), 406 South Main Street.
Employee Angelia Corwin, 22, of 6253 Route 68 South, West Liberty, was issued a summons for selling alcohol to an underage person.
An underage sale was made at Comfort Inn, 260 Northview Drive.
Employee Alisha Fout, 30, of 644 North Detroit Street, Bellefontaine, was issued a summons for selling alcohol to an underage person.
Lieutenant Ron Birt reports that seventeen of the businesses complied and denied alcohol sales to an underage buyer.
The police department was assisted by the Ohio Investigative Unit.
