Two Indian Lake High School students were charged following a fight at the school Monday morning around 7:30.
Initially, the Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to Mary Rutan Hospital on an assault complaint around nine a.m.
Tyler Watson, 15, of 11690 Williams Drive, Lakeview, was receiving treatment at the hospital.
Watson told deputies that he was in an altercation with Justin Converse, 16, of 11287 Mohawk Path, Lakeview.
Authorities then went to the school and spoke with Converse and several student witnesses.
Watson and Converse were each issued summons for assault.
