Both drivers suffered minor injuries in a semi/car crash at the intersection of Route 68 and County Road 57 Saturday night around 8:30.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Michael Lingard, 55, of Wallaceburg, Ontario, was driving a 2013 Volvo semi behind a northbound '99 Chevy Cavalier operated by Michael Gammell, 35, of 5317 State Route 273 West, Belle Center.
As Gammell was slowing to make a left turn on to 57, Lingard attempted to pass and struck the Cavalier.
Gammell was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
Lingard was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Huntsville EMS.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
Lingard was cited for improper passing.
The Cavalier suffered heavy damage while the semi sustained moderate damage.
