A second area resident has been charged for sexually abusing a local girl last month.
Ceaira Treen (pictured), 21, of 420 East Carrol Street, Kenton, was arrested on a felony warrant for unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
The Kenton Police Department served the warrant Wednesday afternoon and then transported Treen to the Logan/Hardin county line where the Bellefontaine Police Department took her into custody.
The alleged victim is a Bellefontaine female under the age of 14.
The girl's mother contacted police on May 15th.
On June 12th, the Bellefontaine Police Department charged James Caudill, 48, of 908 Ohio Street, with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
