The entertainment lineup for this year’s Gene Autry Days has been announced. It includes five western performers known nationwide.
The event is Saturday and Sunday at the Hardin County Fairgrounds in Kenton. Non-stop entertainment will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Performances include:
-Call of the West, music of the American West with Jeanne Cahill and Jerome Campbell
-John Buttram, a celebrity sound-a-like and western humorist
-Paul Belanger, “The Oklahoma Yodelin’ Cowboy”
-Miss Devon & the Outlaw, Devon Dawson received a Grammy Certificate for her participation as the voice of Jessie on the Walt Disney CD, “Toy Story 2 Woody’s Roundup featuring Riders in the Sky,” Jessie Del Robertson, a.k.a. “Outlaw Jessie Del”
-Kristyn Harris, “The Official Music of Texas”
Admission is $5 per person and children ages twelve and under get in for free. There is no charge for parking.
