Grand Jury indicts 29 - cocaine dealer charged

Adair RobinsonThe Logan County Grand Jury indicted 29 people earlier this week, including a city man on multiple felony drug charges.

Adair Robinson, 30, was indicted for illegal manufacture of drugs (F2), trafficking in cocaine (F4), and possession of cocaine (F4).

On July 29th, Robinson was arrested on felony drug warrants following a traffic stop on Myrtle Avenue around 2 a.m.

The Bellefontaine Police Department charged Robinson with possession of crack cocaine and illegal manufacture of drugs.

The warrants stemmed from an investigation by the Logan County Joint Drug Task Force.

The investigation revealed that Robinson was picking up large amounts of cocaine from Springfield and returning to Logan County to sell the drug.

On July 21st, the Springfield Police Department arrested Robinson and his passenger, Jair Mundy.

Springfield Police were assisting the Task Force.

Robinson hid two ounces of cocaine, which authorities recovered.

He was charged with first-degree felony counts of possession of cocaine and trafficking in crack cocaine.

During the arrest, the Task Force served a search warrant at one of Robinson's residences in Bellefontaine.

The search at 1000 Garfield Avenue, Lot 11 provided evidence that Robinson was cooking the cocaine into crack cocaine at that location. Crack cocaine was seized at the residence.

Robinson was lodged in the Logan County Jail.

In 2014, Robinson was convicted of trafficking crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine. He was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison.

Jordan Butler, 28, of 816 Heritage Court, Apt. 4, Bellefontaine, was indicted for rape (F1) and gross sexual imposition (F3).

Jonathan Fishbach-White, 19, of 14 Pleasant Avenue, Dayton, was indicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F4).

Scott Lucius, 50, of 10231 Seminole Shore Drive, Huntsville, was indicted for endangering children (F3).

Frank Johnathan Barnes, 36, at large, was indicted for inducing panic (F3) and possession of heroin (F5).

Gary Doseck, 52, of 500 Gunntown Road, Apt. C1, Bellefontaine, was indicted for three counts of trafficking in cocaine (F5).

Alika Thomas, 30, of 155 Miami Avenue, Bellefontaine, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5), possession of heroin (F4), trafficking in cocaine (F5), and complicity (F5).

George Hawkins, 40, of 120 Jefferson Avenue, Urbana, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Eric Rockey, 38, of 5413 Naughton Drive, Dayton, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Andrew Trinko, 29, of 2541 Key Street, Toledo, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Charles Hale, 36, of 8 South 3rd Street, Rittman, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Scott Rollins, 26, at large, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Kody Kerns, 22, at large, was indicted for aggravated burglary (F1), criminal damaging (M2), and two counts of assault (M1).

Ella Horne, 39, of 868 East Sandusky Avenue, Apt. 116, Bellefontaine, was indicted for inducing panic (F4).

William Todak, 24, of 1600 South Detroit Street, Apt. 18, Bellefontaine, was indicted for trespass in a habitation (F4) and domestic violence (M1).

David Mathews, 56, of 216 Oakland Square, Bellefontaine, was indicted for possession of cocaine (F5).

Emily Moore, 37, at large, was indicted for theft from a person in a protected class (F5).

Nathaniel Howard, 27, of 300 East Lake Street, Lakeview, was indicted for felonious assault (F2), domestic violence (M1), and two counts of criminal damaging (M2).

Anthony Gannaway, 31, of 5133 Kingsford Drive, Dayton, was indicted for theft (F5).

David Dodson, 35, of 1633 Harold Drive, Dayton, was indicted for theft (F5).

Brandon Rushn, 21, of 637 Burgess Avenue, Dayton, was indicted for theft (F5).

Lacey Grow, 34, of 614 Garfield Avenue, Bellefontaine, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5).

John Reid, 29, of 501 Gunntown Road, Lot 92, Bellefontaine, was indicted for tampering with evidence (F3).

Betty Jo Dolan, 22, of 501 Gunntown Road, Lot 92, Bellefontaine, was indicted for inducing panic (F4).

Roger Nunez-Godoy, 34, of 28 Eyre, Dayton, was indicted for possession of cocaine (F5).

Gerson Paredes-Melgar, 23, at large, was indicted for possession of cocaine (F5).

Jayme Howerton, 18, of 810 East Pike Street, Jackson Center, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (M4), and OVI (M1).

David Smith, 29, of 420 Gaston Place, East Liverpool, was indicted for trespass in a habitation (F4).

Brandon Miller, 23, of 1000 Garfield Avenue, Lot 73, Bellefontaine, was indicted for complicity (F4).
