Local mother stopped on Route 33 for suspected meth use

A local mother was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Route 33 near Township Road 239 (Midway) Wednesday night around ten o'clock.

The Washington Township Police Department stopped Cori Price, 28, of Lakeview, for numerous lane violations.

Her 9-year-old son was riding with her.

Officers believe Price consumed methamphetamine Wednesday evening.

She failed field sobriety tests.

Price was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail.

Her son was released to a family member.

Price refused to submit a urine test.

She was charged with OVI, driving under OVI suspension, and failure to drive in marked lanes.

The case has been sent to the Logan County Prosecutor's Office to consider a child endangering charge.

In January, Price was charged with OVI.
