A heroin overdose victim was revived at her city residence Friday night around 10:30.

The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Shelly Neeld, 43, of 868 East Sandusky Avenue, Apt. 116, was found unresponsive on the bedroom floor.

Neeld was turning blue.

Her sister, Ella Horne, found her.

Neeld's brother, Roger Robinson, called 911.

She was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital.

A syringe was found in her jacket.

The case was sent to the Logan County Prosecutor's Office for review.
