A local man was arrested on multiple charges following a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend Friday afternoon.
The Washington Township Police Department reports that Michael Sabo, 49, of 8127 State Route 366, Russells Point, told Jennifer Potts, 45, to move out.
Sabo became upset that she was not gathering her items quickly enough.
Potts said Sabo started moving her belongings without much regard.
She then picked up their flat screen TV and intentionally dropped it.
Sabo ran across the room and tackled Potts.
She suffered a head injury.
Sabo refused to call 911 and prevented Potts from calling.
A friend took Potts to Mary Rutan Hospital.
Officers met with Potts in the emergency room around 4:30 p.m., then found Sabo at his house.
He was charged with domestic violence.
During the arrest, police recovered two packets of Suboxone in Sabo's front pocket.
He was charged with a felony count of possession of drugs, then lodged in the Logan County Jail.
