The Green Hills Community will host a book signing for “Living Thoughtfully, Dying Well” Tuesday, September 9th from 4-6 pm.
The event will be in Foundation Hall at 6557 US 68 South, West Liberty.
Dr. Glenn Miller is the author of the book. He is a retired physician from Oakhill Medical Center.
He had his own wake-up call when he suffered a heart attack and determined to help himself and his patients go “quietly into that good night”.
Dr. Miller in his book explains how to make death a natural part of life. He emphasizes that good preparation for the inevitable by individuals and their families will ease this transitional time of high emotion and stress.
A limited number of books are available now at the Green Hills Community for $13 a copy.
The book is 170 pages in length.
