Seven local residents were charged following a neighborhood fight on the west side of the city Thursday night around seven o'clock.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that several people were involved in a verbal altercation outside 715 West Chillicothe Avenue.
Tanya Bradshaw, 30, of 715 West Chillicothe Avenue, Apt. 5, complained of being harassed by people standing outside Melissa Ritter's 112 Eaton Street residence.
A few weeks ago, Ritter, 24, accused Curtis Breneman, 21, of breaking into her home.
Initially, Breneman was charged. Those charges were later dropped.
Ever since that complaint, there has been animosity between the residents of the two houses.
Bradshaw said the people standing outside 112 Eaton called her names and threatened to have their pit bull dog attack them.
Ritter said the residents outside 715 West Chillicothe started the name calling and yelling.
Ritter said they threatened to kill her if she continued her effort to obtain a civil protection order against them.
After speaking to both parties and witnesses, the following were issued summons for disorderly conduct:
Tanya Bradshaw, 30, of 715 West Chillicothe Avenue, Apt. 5
Dennis Bradshaw, 34, of 715 West Chillicothe Avenue, Apt. 5
Curtis Breneman, 21, of 715 West Chillicothe Avenue, Apt. 5
Lori Kissling, 37, of 728 West Chillicothe Avenue
Shauna Seagraves, 18, of 728 West Chillicothe Avenue
Gregory Young, 49, of 806 West Chillicothe Avenue
Melissa Ritter, 24, of 112 Eaton Street, Bellefontaine
All of those charged were warned to keep to themselves.
Bellefontaine Fire and EMS responded, but no one was transported.
