Two area men were arrested on multiple charges in Quincy Wednesday morning around 5:30.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office arrested Devin Risner, 20, of 101 Williams Street, Quincy, and Cody Sloas, 20, of 426 High Avenue, Russells Point.
Deputies were following up on the serious rollover crash near DeGraff when they went to Risner's house.
He owns the Honda Civic that crashed on Township Road 43.
When deputies arrived at 101 Williams Street, Sloas was sleeping on the deck leading to the residence.
Authorities noticed alcohol and drug paraphernalia in the house.
Risner and a 13-year-old Bellefontaine female were sleeping inside.
Moments later, Risner met deputies at the door.
Sloas and the 13-year-old fled.
Deputies then saw additional opened cans of beer in the home.
Sloas and the teenage girl were later found hiding in the residence.
Risner was charged with corrupting another with drugs, drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Sloas was charged with sexual imposition, underage consumption, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Both of them were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
The 13-year-old girl was charged with drug abuse and underage consumption.
She was released to her mother.
The DeGraff Police Department assisted deputies with the investigation.
