Two teens caught smoking marijuana in parked vehicle

Zachary PatchTwo local teens were charged after they were caught smoking marijuana in a parked vehicle in Belle Center Tuesday morning around 1:45.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office saw a suspicious vehicle behind 102 West Buckeye Street.

Deputies approached the vehicle and smelled burnt marijuana.

The driver, Zachary Patch, 19, of 206 North Center Street, Belle Center, had prescription medication and marijuana.

Passenger Alic Bickham, 18, of 201 Maple Street, Belle Center, had marijuana.

Patch was arrested on a felony count of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.

Bickham was issued summonses for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
