Stress is an inevitable occurrence in our fast-paced society. While we cannot eliminate stress in our lives... we CAN learn how to respond to stress in new, and learn more positive ways to decrease depression and anxiety.
8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program.
TUITION is free, provided by Consolidated Care, Inc. Each student will receive mindfulness materials and guided mindfulness CDs.
FRIDAY afternoons, February 28th to April 18th, 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
